As one of Sultan's direct managers during his time at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, I had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Sultan. Sultan is a phenomenal team member, and his work ethic was exceptional. He brought a motivated, positive attitude to each shift, even shifts he was asked to cover during times he would have been off otherwise. Overall, Sultan is an essential part of our team and his positive impact is noticeable on the team.

Sultan consistently showed his motivation, dedication, attention to detail, and training skills. Sultan can be relied on to execute any task given to him, regardless of his familiarity. He will take the time to not only complete the project but ensure that the project is completed correctly. In Sultan's work, you see this level of execution no matter how menial or important the task is to the organization. During Sultan's time in other sub-departments, for example, he would help Night Audit roll date with the same attention to detail as finalizing a billing issue at the front desk.

Sultan is not only reliable and detail-oriented, he also shows a great level of adaptability, a trait that will lend itself to any industry or organization. During his time at the JW Marriott, Sultan fully understood all processes in a marginal amount of time compared to the average trainee and was even ready to train new employees within the first couple of months of working the desk. This task was usually designated for more experienced desk staff, but with Sultan's strong understanding and attention to detail, he was a great trainer to new employees.

As Sultan's manager, I could not give a more glowing recommendation for him. I am certain that in any position, Sultan's work ethic, determination, adaptability, and attention to detail will shine through. As an employee, he will give you his 110%, and create a warm and comfortable environment for team members as well.
